1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" means the cluph Casino website accessible at https://cluph.cam, including all subpages, features, games, and services available thereon.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has registered a cluph account and is subject to these Terms.
• "Account" means the individual member account created upon successful registration with cluph.
• "Wallet" means the funds balance held within a Member's cluph Account for the purpose of placing wagers and receiving winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or other non-cash incentives issued by cluph to a Member's Account.
• "Wager" means any real-money or Bonus Funds bet placed on any game or sporting event available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by applicable regulations and cluph's internal compliance procedures.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHT" means Philippine Standard Time (GMT+8), the time zone that governs all timestamps, promotional deadlines, and operational communications on the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the cluph Platform, creating a Member Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference herein — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Your continued use of the cluph Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time. cluph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, cluph will notify Members via the registered email address or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

3 Eligibility & Registration

You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use a cluph Account. This minimum age is set in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. cluph maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

The cluph Platform is operated and offered primarily for use in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. cluph does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your cluph Account, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active cluph Account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, mobile number, email address, device, or payment method — are prohibited. cluph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated funds upon detection.

cluph reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Member at any time. These documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

4 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your cluph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. cluph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You must notify cluph immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization. cluph support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at [email protected].

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your cluph Account, including all wagers placed and all transactions initiated, whether or not you personally authorized them. cluph is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of you sharing your account credentials.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

cluph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO Unibank, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods are subject to change and will be displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.

Deposits are credited to your cluph Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. cluph does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which cluph bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with cluph's standard processing schedule. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within approximately five (5) minutes after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing timelines.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have previously been used for deposits to the same cluph Account, or to payment methods verified through the KYC process. cluph reserves the right to impose withdrawal verification holds pending satisfactory KYC documentation. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits are published in the Cashier section and are subject to tier-based adjustments for VIP Members.

All transactions on the cluph Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion costs incurred by a Member in connection with their payment method are the sole responsibility of the Member.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

cluph offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free credits. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, which take precedence in the event of any conflict with these general Terms.

Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough") that must be satisfied before the Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom may be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering completion; slot games typically contribute at 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.

cluph employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging wagers, staking patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion with other Members, and the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times. Any Member found to have abused promotions will have their bonus balance forfeited and may have their Account permanently closed without reimbursement of any associated real-money deposit.

Bonus Funds that are not activated or used within the time limits specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. cluph is not obligated to restore expired Bonus Funds under any circumstances.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the cluph Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are subject to published Return to Player (RTP) rates. cluph does not manipulate game outcomes. The theoretical RTPs for all games are available in the individual game information panels accessible within the Platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, cluph's internal game log records will be used to determine the state of the wager at the time of the fault. cluph reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the wager amount to the Member's Wallet if a fair resolution cannot be determined from available data.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and vary by game type, title, and Member VIP tier. These limits are displayed within each game interface prior to commencing play.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cluph Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and notification to relevant regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform in any way;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in live games or sports betting markets;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical faults for financial gain — any winnings resulting from known or suspected exploits must be reported immediately and may be voided;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Creating or operating multiple cluph Accounts for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading any restriction placed on an Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification documents during the KYC process;
• Allowing a third party to access or use your cluph Account on your behalf;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit transaction after wagering activity has taken place on the deposited funds.

9 Responsible Gaming

cluph is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Members in accordance with the PAGCOR responsible gaming framework. Gambling on the cluph Platform is intended as a form of entertainment. It should not be viewed as a source of income or a method to resolve financial difficulties.

cluph provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible directly from every Member's Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period before further play is restricted.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts at defined intervals during active gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying cumulative session duration and net results.

Limits may be reduced immediately upon Member request. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect, in accordance with responsible gaming best practices.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the cluph Platform — including but not limited to the logo, trade name, game interface designs, software, text, graphics, iconography, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of cluph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of cluph. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cluph shall not be liable to any Member for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of or inability to use the Platform, including damages resulting from loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

cluph's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cluph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or circumstances beyond our control may affect Platform availability. cluph will endeavor to notify Members of planned downtime in advance where operationally feasible.

12 Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of Member personal data by cluph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read in conjunction with this document. By using the cluph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

cluph processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy legislation, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Member data is never sold to third parties and is processed only for purposes directly related to the provision of cluph services, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming obligations. 13 Amendments to These Terms

cluph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, cluph will provide advance notice to Members via the registered email address on file or through a prominent in-platform notification. The amended Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the cluph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, Members are required to contact cluph support at [email protected] to seek resolution through cluph's internal dispute resolution process. cluph will endeavor to respond to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days of receipt.
